Opening Night

Tonight, my play The Current opens at Two Muses Theatre. And like always on opening nights, I’m a wreck. If you go to the show tonight, look for me lingering (hiding) somewhere in the back of the theatre. I’m nowhere near as bad as I used to be, perhaps because this isn’t a world premiere, but I’m still a mess. It’s so much easier when I’m on stage. Sure I get nerves, but nothing like this. And believe me, I have complete and total confidence in the cast and crew. Two Muses Theatre has an incredibly talented director, Nancy Kammer-Wildern and an equally spectacular cast: Tara Tomcsik, Diane Hill, Kelly Rose Voigt, Kristin Schultes, and  Alysia Kolascz. I can’t wait to see this show! But I’m still a wreck. After tonight though, I will be calm…at least until April 4th, when my play Love Is Strange opens at Magenta Giraffe Theatre. That’s a story for another day.

The Current runs March 21 to April 13 at The Two Muses Theatre in West Bloomfield, Mi. Get more info from the link below.
